Dear Friends, Today we are launching our 2017 Year-End Fundraising Campaign for the Naomi Tami Memorial Scholarship Fund. This is a very exciting opportunity to help us raise funds to send Cambodian students to the Academy of Culinary Arts Cambodia for a two-year diploma program. We aim to give these students the education and skills to secure jobs and become successful chefs, entrepreneurs, and actors in Cambodia’s growing hospitality and tourism sector, ultimately bringing themselves and their families out of poverty. We are currently fundraising for the new term which will begin in March 2018. Our Year-End Campaign runs until December 31st, 2017. By donating to the Naomi Tami Memorial Scholarship Fund, you give young Cambodian students the opportunity to change their future. If you scroll down this email, you will see an update about Mao Davin, a current scholarship student who is now doing her internship at a well regarded Phnom Penh restaurant. There is also an update from seven students currently studying at the Academy on scholarships. Here’s how you can help us:
- Click on the link below and visit the Naomi Tami Memorial Scholarship Fund page and learn more about why we started the Fund. There you will find our PayPal link. Whether you give a large or small sum, the long-term impact is a hopeful future for Cambodian students.
- You can make an even bigger impact when you become a recurring donor, which provides more scholarship opportunities for students who would not otherwise be able to access post-secondary education.
During this holiday season, would you consider helping us empower more Cambodian youth by providing them with education, skills, experience and jobs for a successful future?
