H.E Sam Promonea, Secretary of State of Ministry of Tourism and H.E Dr. Pich Sophorn Secretary of State of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training and President of the NPIC Board sign the MoU
This morning an MoU was signed between the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training to officially allow the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts to use the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia’s (NPIC) facilities.
NPIC is located west of Phnom Penh and houses two large kitchen-training facilities as well as a small restaurant set up and bar for additional hospitality courses. RACA will occupy these spaces, upgrading them to meet the needs of the faculty as well as the requirements of the curriculum.
